The house stands on a 2300sqm of land in quiet, sun-drenched hillside location in Anidri, a small mountain village above Paleochora, 75km from Chania Airport.
Paleochora, a picturesque fishing village with small narrow streets, is on a promontory in the southwest of the island of Crete. Despite tourism, Paleochora has retained its Cretan charm to this day.
You rent a modern semi-detached house with 70sqm, which allows a generous, open living, on three levels. The house is suitable for 1-3 people. A 4th person is possible on request.
The house can be rented all year round. A wood-burning oven and an electric heater provide a cozy atmosphere, even in spring, autumn and winter.
The bathroom with shower and the equipment of the kitchen have everything you need for a pleasant stay. A wooden plateau invites you to linger or as a sleeping area for a 3rd person. From the kitchen you reach a sunny, 20 square meter, terrace overlooking the valley, the mountains and a small sea clipping.
The spacious sleeping and living area is located on the basement and offers a spacious living with a walk-in closet. It also offers access to the large terrace and garden with garden furniture.
The second half of the semi-detached house is used by the owner as an extemporal way itself.

On arrival, all beds are freshly made. Towels, as well as bed linen are sufficiently available. The cleaning of the house is on departure (included in the price).

Equipment kitchen: Two-plate gas stove, kettle, coffee full machine, full crockery, Cutlery and pots for up to 3 people.

Daylight bathroom with shower.
Plateau
Above the kitchen is a wooden plateau. There is a single bed, which can also be used as a sofa.
Sleeproom living in the basement:
A large sleeping room with a brick bed (1.60), sofa, fireplace, air conditioning and walk-in closet, which offers an ample and uncluttered space.
Information for families with children:
For families with small children, the house is rather unsuitable. In the house there are two stairs, one staircase leads from the kitchen to the wooden plateau, the second down into the living bedroom.
Checkin & Checkout
Checkin:
Online booking. Notification of your arrival and departure time as soon as it is known.
One week before your arrival, you will receive the telephone number of a contact person, which will await you when you arrive at the house, or will deposit the key upon later arrival.
Checkout:
They leave the key in the house on departure.
Payment/cancellation policy
Within 6 weeks of booking 30% deposit, residual payment 6 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation free of charge up to 40 days before the start of the rental. Up to 20 days before the start of the rental 50%, up to 10 days before the start of the rental 80%, after that 100%. If a replacement tenant can be placed for the fully booked period, there is no cancellation fee.
In the event of early cancellation of the stay or later arrival, the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental price.

Non-smoking house. Quiet solo position on the hillside. Bumpy but easily passable approach road. Parking in front of the house.
