The quiet location, the phenomenal view, the individual equipment of the house and the beautiful surroundings in Anidri and Paleochora are perfect for a break.
The semi-detached house is in a quiet secluded location overlooking the valley. With good weather, you can see a small section of the sea. IIn 10-15 minutes you can reach the beaches in and around Paleochora by car. Paleochora, a charming fishing village, has many shops and taverns.
The house is 70 square meters large and allows a generous living on three levels, suitable for 1-3 persons. The third person can sleep in a single bed on the open wooden level.

Peace, individuality and beauty
With the purchase of the house in 2018, I have fulfilled my heart’s desire. For many years I spend more and more time in Crete. In December 2018 I took over the house from Kerstin and Wolf (the former owners and builders). Kerstin and Wolf built the house with much love and commitment in the year 2000. This love and commitment are clearly visible in the house and in the garden.
Peace, individuality and beauty are for me words that describe this place best.
With the purchase of the house, I have also decided to rent one half to guests. The second half is occupied by me and my family for some months every year.
Surroundings
Anidri and Paleochora, despite their western location, are good starting points for various excursions, e.g. to Elafonissi, to the Samaria Gorge or to the shorter and no less beautiful Agia Irini Gorge at Sougia. Short distances, directly from the house you can hike on the mountain Prophet Elias, to Azogires or the Anidri gorge directly to the Anidri Beach.
